Man,they are so good at this…

This thought has crossed my mind many times as I read through the blogs I come across. But I then think, well, that may be because they have done this for more than what, three days,as I have 😉 My main goal in blogging is for the freedom of expression. To let my voice be heard, to let my inner thoughts or experiences out, to simply…just write.

It doesn’t Matter

Who cares how long you’ve been writing or what experience you have in it. All you need is the opportunity and the willingness to try. I once asked a store manager for a company I was applying for how to gain experience if no one will give you a shot at the job. Needless to say, she gave me the job. Sadly, it was an asset protection position that inevitably got her fired because I caught her breaking all the rules…Ahhhh, the irony. Anyways, I’ve been writing since I was young. I never really thought I would love it so much, but I do.

My Goal

I’m a stay at home mom, wife, Sunday school teacher and maybe one day… a published Author. Life gives you all the detail you need, you just have to write it down. I recently read a blog by an author. Stick to your genre, know your story, know your plot and a bunch of other great advice. I then began to think of my last story I had written. Great advice for someone who’s thoughts are everywhere when writing.

To sum up this blog…

Be yourself, write what you love and be grateful for the ability to do so.God made you who you are…appreciate it.
